Distribution

Your council and its comparison groupThe focus council has a blue diamond and its comparison group is white. The cohort extent spans the lowest and highest available peer salaries, excluding the focus council. The grey statewide curve and dots provide the background landscape, calculated from actual observations for the selected band and salary point at each month end. Left to right means lower to higher salary. Curve height shows statewide concentration, not another pay measure. Smaller dots separate overlapping councils vertically for readability. Exact salary amounts are not shown.
